Driven by an urge to give back to the game we have played and loved our whole lives we focus on developing your players technique and skill as well as their character. We have experience that ranges from youth recreational soccer to Division 1 travel soccer to High School soccer.
When training a team we like to say we have an "All for One" training approach. Each player gets out of the session what their teammates put in, just like in a game. That sense of unity has led us to see a huge amount of growth in our players in a very short time period.
Currently we work the Denville Hub Soccer, Morris Knolls High School, and Harding Township Rec Soccer Programs
Coach Rick has spent more than 40 years around the game, as a player, referee, and coach. After playing through his college days as a goalie he found a new love for the game through coaching. Early in his coaching career he found himself coaching at a local travel level where success followed him. He had his local, town, teams beating club and select teams, winning tournaments, having undefeated seasons, and making a lifetime of memories. As the coaching years passed he turned his focus to refereeing.
Here he found himself, again at the helm of more exciting games, learning the game from a whole different perspective. Now, armed with a new perspective on the game, he has come back to training and picked up right where he left off.
Coach Kurt has grown up with soccer and been on the field almost 30 years. After high school Coach Kurt went on to get his referee license. Here he developed his real love and enjoyment for the game. As a referee he was able to expand his understanding of the game and as he continued to work higher level games he wanted to give more to the game. So after finding himself at the ODP Tournament and State Cup as a referee and player he decided it was time for a new challenge.
He jumped into coaching with both feet and has never looked back. As the years have gone by he too has seen his coaching career continue to grow and he is currently the Freshman Boys soccer coach at Morris Knolls High School.
